From Concept to Completion: Creating a Custom Company Picnic Video for James Event Productions
James Event Productions knew their new promotional video for their Company Picnics service had to capture the vitality, scope, and happiness of a real event. To completely grasp their vision, goals, and key messages, we started with a creative meeting with the client. That conversation led our team to create a custom storyboard and script to direct the production.

We had a meeting with the client to understand their vision for promoting their company picnic services. After gathering ideas and goals, we put together a custom script and visual plan tailored to their message.
Once the client approved the script, we immediately got started. The entire event, from the lake and Ferris wheel to the bounce houses, carnival games, and team-building exercises, was captured by our production team on-site using a combination of drone and ground cameras. Every shot was designed to capture genuine interactions and lively energy while realizing the client's vision.
A True Reflection of the Brand
After the shoot, our in-house editors crafted the final cut, working closely with the client to ensure every detail aligned with their brand and message.
This is the final result. The client is now proudly showcasing this video on their Company Picnics page and YouTube channel as a true reflection of what James Event Productions delivers.
